- VVValisyaDec 2, 20251.0Several attempts were made to contact the office to get two packages that were said to be delivered in my mail box; since a monday. Which were placed in a locked mailbox; that are new to my apt. i had no access to the locked boxes! Not even a explanation, or help to say “you may need to contact your landlord for a key, but i can unlock it for now”. I was under the impression i needed a key from the carrier. Very limited help, even went to the post office and was informed “we will tell the carrier” every time i reached out. I spent extra money for an alternative plan, since i had no access to my packages. I would have liked to felt heard, or helped. Finally found out my landlord had a key to these new mailboxes. Once their office was open from the holidays. So no communication from anyone (post office or my landlord) to the resident (me).
