The staff is friendly, personal, and helpful. I enjoy seeing their faces everytime I have a package to ship. They do what they can up there to make sure everything goes smoothly. Your delivery date is not up to them. They scan in your parcel and the rest is out of their control. Go easy on these people!!!!

Needing to check on a package that was rejected at the address I had it sent to and then showed returned to sender. It ended up being processed to be forwarded. I have been trying for 2 hours to contact this post office and try to confirm the intended delivery address since it was forwarded. Waited 45 minutes on hold just to talk to a person in the call center for customer service, who then gave me a phone number that does not work. Impossible to contact anyone helpful in any Jonesboro area office and the tracking information on my package is a disaster. No telling where my package is going to end up. Do not recommend trying to deal with local USPS around here.

It is a efficient post office but its very sad that they never had a paper form to do my address change. I was forced to do the form online where I had to pay for an address change.
