Is it possible to give zero stars? If so, this location is just that, a zero! Allow me to count the ways this office is inadequate. 1.) it has never been kept clean, inside, or outside. Dirty glass, broken glass front windows, taped until they had to be replaced, finally. 2.) There were trashcans and a table for sorting out mail until a few years ago, there are no trashcans to dispose of even an envelope adhesive. 3.) There's only one kind soul that even attempts to provide service there, a younger young lady. Bless her for having to deal with all of those that don't frankly give a damn. I can tell that she must receive the brunt of customer dissatisfaction. 4.) This location NEVER has a selection of stamps other than basics. I drive to Fayetteville or order stamps online when I need them. This is not a difficult thing to do. 5.) The pricing on Priority boxes is not kept up to date. I selected a box due to a specific price, due to the contents value not being as much as the cost to send. When the price rang up higher, I commented to the woman that was not the price listed. She went around the counter, came out into the customer area where I was, snatched all the prices off the shelves then returned to her post. She then commented that " I was the only one who had ever complained. " Please!! 6.) In thirteen years of this office servicing our home, only two of our postal delivery people have gotten our delivery right. One gentleman retired shortly after me moved to the area, the other person is Amanda, who actually cares about her route and accuracy. 7.) Our mailbox is adequate to carry the majority of our packages, yet, the delivery seems to be not attempted. More of the same, don't care attitude. 8.) They do not answer their telephone. 9.) Several years ago, I had an overnight package that was lost for two weeks. This office was of no help. I drove to the Fayetteville Joyce Blvd location to get the help that I needed. There's no wonder the USPS is failing. If more Postmasters were held accountable, possibly the population would have more trust in their abilities. Instead, we have a Postmaster waiting out their years until they retire, to only be replaced by another of the same cloth. Shout out to the Fayetteville Joyce location and Goshen locations. They have friendly and helpful employees, plenty of stamp choices and trashcans. I suppose their employees do not mind extending themselves to empty the trash cans. FIVE STARS FOR FAYETTEVILLE and the little Goshen location that closes early. What a shame Huntsville!

Someone at this post is opening mail before it gets to my mailbox. Please put this to a stop.

Never answer the phone. Called like 15 times one day, no answer, and then they close for lunch for an hour and a half, at different times, not every day but random days.... So you can't call to see when their break is that day

Usually they do a good job but today they delivered a box that holds 16 rolls of toilet paper & left it outside our gate leaning against the mailbox post at the road. Thankfully it was still there 5 hours later.
