I feel she not only makes herself look unprofessional but the united states postal service as well you might want to send her to class on customer service pretty sure she missed it the first time.

You can never count on getting time sensitive mail delivered when it is supposed to be. There are days at a time when they don't even come down or street. The hours of service at the location are horrible. No one ever answers the phone. Wish there was someone there who cared, but apparently not.
