- AJallen johnsonMar 3, 20261.0Went to get something scanned. The woman working was rude and said she couldn't do it or she would get fired if she did. She's not about to lose her job over it. I told her thats funny all the other ups store do and they dont get fired.
- GAGabe AnguianoFeb 17, 20262.0Came by on a Saturday to have something packed up and shipped out and to get some documents notarized. Was informed that that they don't offer packing services on the weekends because they are short staffed and that they didn't have a notary on duty. There was two staff and one other customer in the store. I would normally forget such things and move on but the man behind the counter seemed almost delighted to turn us away that day - something which is counter to the service we usually see from UPS stores in other cities we've visited.
