  Employees locked the door before closing time. I held up my phone so he could see the time through the door and he simply did not care.

  Robert was rude. Absolutely awful. I pointed it out to the lady w long blonde hair, she did not give a rat’s. The lady he interacted w so rudely I’m fairly certain left in tears. He should NOT be employed there. If I owned or managed this store, he would be IMMEDIATELY terminated.

  The manager here literally saved my weekend. The Higdon Ferry location was so terrible, people were lined out the door. There was only one woman working, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not care that I’d waited 20 minutes after driving from out of town. Long story short, Airport Road’s manager had my business done in 2 minutes flat and apologized for my trouble. The service was top notch. The traffic problem on Higdon Ferry alone makes the extra 5 miles more than worth switching to Airport Road. I’ll take friendly, fast service any day!

  These people should not be allowed to be in business under a reputable name like UPS. If you ever go in there you won't want to ever go back. I recently moved to the area and did not have any shipping tape here. The rep behind the counter said she would sell me some or would just put some tape on the bag which was being returned to a store on a prepaid label. So I asked her to just put a piece of tape on the bag. She did and then said , "that will be $2.00". I was shocked! Never ever have I been charged at a UPS store for a strip of tape. Won't go back. I should have heeded the other reviews.
