I recently moved to the area and did not have any shipping tape here. The rep behind the counter said she would sell me some or would just put some tape on the bag which was being returned to a store on a prepaid label. So I asked her to just put a piece of tape on the bag. She did and then said , "that will be $2.00". I was shocked! Never ever have I been charged at a UPS store for a strip of tape. Won't go back. I should have heeded the other reviews.
