I'm in this location several times a week and everyone always greets me with a smile. They are always professional even with rude customers, which I have witnessed first hand. They are great people and provide great service. If you don't like them then go to the post office.

The morning crew is awful!!!! They are rude and seem to hate their job. If you are so miserable find other employment don't take it out on the customers. I hope this store can get some new people in or customer service training for the current employees.

Do NOT HOLD FOR PICKUP. They hold your package the day it was GOING to be delivered anyways and wait until they drop it back off at 8pm so you can pick it up next day. You’re actually getting it a day late and you’re out $5

Very rude employees every time I come into this store. Today guy named Frank Murphy the 3rd did not greet me with kindness, did not even look at me. Made me sign 3 times because it didn’t suit him! Continued to be rude!! 3rd signing he said it was correct, I said good but don’t really care. He asked me what I said and I told him then he told me he was done and to get out!!!! The lady helping the man next to me she was rude to him bless his heart! They are never polite in this store!! They all act like they hate their jobs. Sure hope something gets done I was signing and getting divorce papers notarized. Not a great day. I’m sick of unprofessional people, rude, mean and act like they hate their job. Everyone in there looks miserable only one of them is nice and he was a tall skinny boy with blonde hair the Franklin dude had an attitude when he come from the back. I will never come back to the store!

I wish I could give zero stars! Being about to leave on a trip, I called the store on Higdon Ferry Rd and spoke with Lexi. I was inquiring about possibly having a package from Amazon delivered there in lieu of our rental property that we were enroute to due to it being currently occupied by someone else. Lexi was very kind and stated that it was unusual that they accept packages from other carriers, but if I would call them and let them know the details, then they would accept and hold the packages for a $5 fee each. I confirmed their address and told her that I would call when I had further information. So far, so good! When I finally got the tracking information from Amazon, I called to provide her the information. She knew who I was and proceeded to inform me that the packages were returned to the sender because of the manager’s policy. I was livid to put it mildly. She tried to say that she told me to include my phone number to excuse herself, but she never said anything about a phone number or I absolutely would’ve provided it at the time. This was a present for my granddaughter that she now doesn’t have because of their insensitivity and lack of concern for customer’s needs. Instead, the “Manager”, Charles took it upon himself to decide to return a package that he knew nothing about because of his so-called “policy” that doesn’t exist. Obviously, he hates his job and doesn’t care that the company’s reputation that he represents has been damaged for sure. Please be advised of this location’s disdain for the customers that come through the door.
