Went to get something scanned. The woman working was rude and said she couldn't do it or she would get fired if she did. She's not about to lose her job over it. I told her thats funny all the other ups store do and they dont get fired.

Came by on a Saturday to have something packed up and shipped out and to get some documents notarized. Was informed that that they don't offer packing services on the weekends because they are short staffed and that they didn't have a notary on duty. There was two staff and one other customer in the store. I would normally forget such things and move on but the man behind the counter seemed almost delighted to turn us away that day - something which is counter to the service we usually see from UPS stores in other cities we've visited.

Do not use this store. Jackwagons charged $13 for a small box. Ridiculous. Never again.

Had to go to a different UPS store since they didn't know how to accept Verizon equipment. Other one, immediately took it and had a receipt in 2 minutes.

Don't know if it was more on EBay's end or UPS. Per eBay shipping on an item was calculated at $60 with UPS to Memphis, Tennessee. When I arrived they asked if I wanted the item bubble wrapped. I said it's just farm equipment, we just need to get it there affordably. Without giving me an estimate or weighing it they proceeded to wrap and box it...then proceeded to tell me it would be $190. Supposedly $50 for the box and $140 for shipping. I don't know how it's so far off from the eBay calculator. And since when does a box cost $50? I said for that price I will keep it myself. It's not worth shipping it for that price. They said they had to charge me for the box anyway. And came down to $22. But they were going to cut the box open to take out the bubble wrap? Lol. So still had to pay for a mistake that wasn't mine. And they almost forgot to give me back the electronics that they forgot to wrap with it. Oh, by the way it was $40 to ship a 2 lb. Box this am. What the hey? Should have been $12 max. Ripping everyone off for the holidays.
