(guy at the front with long hair in a bun) Nothing but constant issues with this office from losing packages, to sending mail back that is addressed to one of my 3 addresses, to just pure disrespect and inconsiderateness. Very unprofessional
- DVDiamon VBOct 21, 20221.0No one ever answers the phone when you call, no matter what time you call. I had a driver deliver a very expensive package. I have a small partition wall with pillars on each side dividing a very small porch area. The driver left the package on top of a 4 foot pillar, out in the open, exposed to the weather, where it could have fallen off the pillar, and was shining like a beacon for the entire neighborhood to see from a distance. It was a sizable package. I have it on video. This is NEGLIGENT and LAZY. This is a good way to result in PROPERTY DAMMAGE and THEFT. I also have mobility issues. It literally only takes 3-4 steps to leave the package by the front door out of the weather where it can not be seen. I tried calling the post office to resolve the issue. I've been calling for about 2 hours, at a decent time, during regular business hours. As usual, no one answered.

One young lady taking care of business with no help, but she sure was efficient, friendly, professional, and smiled.... excellent customer service. She waited on 2 people in front of us, when we got the station and explained what we wanted to do, gave us the materials to fill out, had us step over to the empty station while she waited on 2 other people while we completed the paperwork, then took care of us, and as we left, there were 4 others waiting (all came in after we were filling out the paperwork). Didn't get her name, but she ran the show very efficiently while maintaining good customer service and was very helpful... and with a smile no less. This was suppose to be her day off as well. Best example of how the post office should be operated.
