Maybe the worst customer service I e ever experienced. The guy in the back that deals with business postage seems like he doesn’t know how to talk and will just stare at you while he plays on his phone.

Took mail into get mailed thinking it would get to its destination quicker. It's the second time I handed it to this same guy not thinking the last time my mail didn't get to its destination within a reasonable length of time. This time same issue. They are still waiting on my mail and it's been six days. The first time it was my real taxes and thankfully when I called the real tax lady she said just send another and I'll put a note to wave the penalty. They need to fire that guy. Looks like he's not doing his job. This is at the section line location in Hot Springs Arkansas. 71913.

Worst customer service... Given that the number to call doesn't lead to an agent but it's a machine all through. I drove up there over my package that wasn't delivered but the status said it was delivered in my mailbox. The guy at the front desk looked annoyed and just had an attitude. All this later to be directed to another USPS .

If I could give a -5 review I would. Been calling all day and after 2 rings it goes straight to voicemail. My carrier twice in the last 2 weeks has forgotten packages and left a box of school books laying at the foot of my mailbox right by my driveway without even trying to bring it to the house.Someone was home and of course as usual the package I was supposed to receive today will undoubtedly be marked as unable to get signature, even though I've been home all day waiting. Tried calling to find my package and no answer.
