- ACAJ CagleFeb 20, 20261.0Auto mailing system supposedly doesn't support bubble mailers (per email response regarding package condition). Package returned even though paid in advance instead of just debiting the difference, even with an available bar code. Package slashed open and magic marker all over it upon return. Very unprofessional- in fact looked like a psychopath had gotten ahold of it, very scary. Trying to help keep the lines down by using the auto mailer system because over 10 people were in line that day. Took over a month to return. Very disappointed in the service of this location.
- JJJSH JSHFeb 10, 20262.0What's wrong with people who work at the post office? Granted some of them are very nice and kind and have common sense and then others are just ridiculous. It's like they've never gotten out of the house except to work in a cubicle. I'm mailing a regular size envelope that's a little thicker than usual because it's a card that plays music and the lady asked me what was in it. I tell her and she wants to charge me the package rate instead of for an envelope that is rigid. It was a envelope maybe twice as thick as a regular greeting card. And she literally had to go back in the back office and ask some people what she should do. I'm dumbfounded.

- EEElleJan 7, 20261.0Holding my mail hostage even after I proved my ID. They still refuse to deliver my mail that they have been hold hostage for over a month. Im having several severe health issues and I can't get my helath insurance card because they are completely incapable of human common sense. Dont trust them or go to them, they will screw you over on purpose
