- EEElle6 days ago1.0Holding my mail hostage even after I proved my ID. They still refuse to deliver my mail that they have been hold hostage for over a month. Im having several severe health issues and I can't get my helath insurance card because they are completely incapable of human common sense. Dont trust them or go to them, they will screw you over on purpose

It's the second time I handed it to this same guy not thinking the last time my mail didn't get to its destination within a reasonable length of time. This time same issue. They are still waiting on my mail and it's been six days. The first time it was my real taxes and thankfully when I called the real tax lady she said just send another and I'll put a note to wave the penalty. They need to fire that guy. Looks like he's not doing his job. This is at the section line location in Hot Springs Arkansas. 71913.
