And makes comments that are not necessary to make customers feel like they are asking stupid questions, comments, or concerns and not being heard, yet again an inconvenience. I have spoke with other residents and they say the same thing. Some of them even refuse to go there because of how bad the service is. Meaning they have to drive at least an extra 20 minutes just to send off a package. And hours are horrible, especially to be closed for an hour of that time.
