We have found her to be knowledgeable and willing to assist. We have some issues with the post office operation in general. None of our concerns stem from any negative experiences with our Postmistress. She has assisted us in understanding what happened and resolving issue anytime a mishap occurred in the chain of postal receiving, sorting, transporting and delivery. Deserves at "atta" boy
- BOBill OdwyerMar 20, 20191.0I don't use this post office. I used to send my son in the service packages threw Henderson P.O., it would take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to go to Whicha, Kansas, from there. I go to the Viola P.O., now the longest it takes is 2 days. I haven't heard lately but some time ago, Judy would run out of stamps, at a post office. Close this place so unsuspecting people don't loose or have terrible service from there.
- PLPhillip LeattthermanJun 19, 20181.0Dont use henderson post office they have lost 10 packages that saids they was delivered to a p.o box judy doesnt do her job and has let packages your supposed to sign for leave without being signed for or even recording where they went so if you dont want your mail lost i wouldnt use henderson post office tell they get rid of judy and get someone that does there job i had a package that the tracking number said was deliver to a p.o box but they say its not there and they lost 25 packages as of saturday
