- TTTravisAug 12, 20251.0This place doesn't pick up their phones. I called several times at 4:30pm and they should care about us before they close which they close at 5pm weekdays. The other post offices I've used in the past was better then this one. This was the second time I had a problem them within 6 months

Had a package to my PO Box in Green Forest misdirected to Harrison and called to check on it, the employee was really rude, telling me ALL my packages get routed through there. Uh, no, dude, they don't. I can show the tracking for every package ever to my PO Box over the two years I've had it, and every single one goes through Fayetteville straight to Green Forest. Not the first time I've had to deal with them for some reason, and even just to get stamps at the counter, they are rude as all get out, acting like they're doing you a favor to do their jobs. Do not recommend for anything because they are just straight up rude.
