This time, they stuffed a package into our mailbox, then placed our regular letter mail on top of it. It took us a full 10 minutes trying to pry the package out of the mailbox! Why could they not drive it up to the house and leave it? Would it have been that big of a deal? We have had so many problems with the Saturday carriers it is ridiculous. But complaints to the Hardy office fall on deaf ears. Oh well......
- SWSara WhoMar 28, 20191.0Smells funny , like a dirty mop when you walk in. Postmaster not helpful at all. My mailbox gets ran over at least 4 times a year, and she still refuses to let us move it. ( I had to take it to Little Rock just to get her to come up and take a look at the situation, and she still did nothing about it. ) Multiple people on the same street have the same problem. ) However, the people at the desk are extremely helpful and professional.
