- PMPam Hamlin MedleyJan 20, 20151.0It isn't Guion Post Office that was at fault. Insulin was mailed 2 day priority mail on the 12th. It was delivered today the 20th. There is not anyway of complaining except through email. I sent a complaint and haven't heard from it. Lady at the post office didn't know what to do about it either. She didn't offer any numbers except Batesville. The package didn't go through that post office. Not sure if it had been insured if there would have been a way of speaking to anyone or not. Everything is animated people. Press 1 then 2. and you don't ever get anywhere.
