Excellent Service! Ariel and T.J. were amazing. This is by far my best experience at a USPS facility. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They were able to handle a complex issue with ease. Bravo!

The post office refuses to deliver mail to our home, even though carriers drive past our driveway every day. As a result, we're forced to rent a PO Box — and the cost keeps increasing every year.
The hours are practically useless for those of us who work in Fort Smith, making it really inconvenient to pick up packages during the workday.
On top of that, the small lady at the counter allowed several people to cut in front of my child who was excited to go in to pick up a package. It was so embarrassing for them that they ended up leaving without our package.
Also, if a package from Target or Walmart ships via UPS and doesn’t include our PO Box (which isn’t our fault — that’s how most major retailers ship), the staff threatens to return it. I’d much rather have my mail delivered to my home like everyone else, but unfortunately, we’re stuck dealing with this system.

Have had every courier in the area besides USPS deliver to my address correctly. Not only has it on multiple occasions tried to return a package because they couldn't find the address that shows up on google maps, but has continuously been a hassle and difficult experience for them to even remotely get anything correct besides delivering to a P.O. box.

The people at the front counter are helpful and friendly especially Garland! But as far as the "Post Master" as he called himself is horrible and rude raised his voice and went off on his employee and myself in front of others. I would not have been offended and felt like I was disrespected if he would have talked to me in a normal tone and not like I was a Dog! If he treats people and employees like this all the time this office won't have many customers!!! I Was going to move my PO box to Greenwood from fort smith but I definitely won't be now!!!
