She failed to deliver my packages (That wouldn't fit in the mailbox) because of the ditch that SHE created. She also has been delivering mail and packages to my neighbor who has a mailbox right next to mine (In front of the ditch). This is intentional harassment. This is obviously a lazy employee looking for any excuse to not leave her vehicle.
