- TTTracy TNov 18, 20241.0God forbid you need to talk to the Gassville post office. I think they shut off their local number and you have to call the toll-free number. My package is missing, I don't have a tracking number so I guess I'm just S.O.L. I can't talk to a human on the 800 number, just a robot that insists I have my tracking number. Good grief. I blame Louis DeJoy.

Though the mailbox wasn't "blocked" by the parked bucket truck, if the driver feels they can't pull up snug to the mailbox, there will be no attempt to deliver. There's plenty room beyond the mailbox to stop, get out and deliver mail. I see room to improve here. I called to question why my package tracking indicated there was "no access". The carrier returned my call to say the truck was angled in a way he couldn't get to the mailbox. You be the judge.
