However, it would be good if the store management could give those young men some customer service training beyond basic systems. I drove an hour and a half to come to this UPS store on my day off as it is the only UPS store within a reasonable drive because of distance for me to return amazon packages without having to pay for shipping labels at $6-$8 a piece. There is no posting available that I can find that shows they are not able to take QR codes to do return packages at this time. The guy was friendly but basically said “I’m sorry you’ll just have to go to pack and ship and they won’t take QR codes”. I will not return as this wasted a tank of gas and a large chunk of my day off, from now on I will just pay to get the label from amazon. The inability to take packages needs to be posted somewhere as to hopefully help someone else from running into the same issue I did today.
- AUAnonymous UserOct 20, 20252.0The UPS store is closed for remodeling on Oct. 20, 2025. There is no sign on the locked door offering an alternate drop-off location! The outgoing message when you call offers no alternative drop-off location. I found the guys in the back alley set up for mail pickup only. The guy that helped me was mildly nice with a touch of irritation/sarcasm. Anyway, all UPS items can be dropped off for free at Smart Pack N Ship Co. on Phoenix Avenue right next door to JJ’s at 5410 Phoenix Ave., my new drop off location with better parking! And it is really nice in there and they sell snacks!!
