Plus me and my girlfriend Tina Westphal did a USPS MAIL FORWARDING REQUEST AND SOMEONE AT THAT LOCATION DISPOSED OF OUR USPS OFFICIAL REQUEST. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS URGENT MATTER. After filling out two USPS change of addresses for me and girlfriend someone at this post office disposed of the Official address change forms because no mail has been forwarded to either one of us.
- KKKFeb 10, 20261.0Mail is routinely misdelivered. I am receiving my neighbors’ mail while important items addressed to me, including checks, are completely missing or delayed for weeks. I should not have to play detective just to receive mail that was properly addressed. This points to a serious breakdown in management and basic operations at this location. Mail delivery is a fundamental service, and this location is failing to meet even minimal standards. These issues need to be addressed and corrected, immediately.
- WGWilliam GillJan 29, 20261.0They don't answer the phone. They send it straight to the operator, so they dont have to be responsible for their job and then the operator does the same thing even though thats her whole job. I called the other offices in the area with no problem.
