She needs to quit her job if she hates it that much. Witnessed her be completely rude to customers while laughing, speaking under her tongue making smart comments. Customers just walk away. I was in there for an address change and she ripped my form up and said I need to go to Springdale location not Fayetteville.

- DDDenaeJan 20, 20261.0for SOME reason the drivers for this USPS are incompetent. i don’t have an issue with any of my packages being delivered but if i end up with a seller that uses USPS they ALWAYS say my package couldn’t be delivered?! my address is 100% correct.. it’s a simple townhome with 4 numbers as my residence. i keep being told the delivery driver is scanning them as the first two numbers and then the second two?? which doesn’t even make sense. and now i’m back at the post office to physically try to pickup my package because the driver noted my address doesn’t exist as a whole?!!! SERIOUSLY i’m irritated and not understand why i’ve had to fight to get my packages. IT CANNOT BE THAT HARD TO FIND MY TOWNHOME W THE NUMBERS MATCHING MY PACKAGE RIGHT FREAKING THERE. NO OTHER DELIVER SERVICE HAS AN ISSUE. not to mention i pay for delivery and i’ve had to waste my time and gas money to go back and fourth to the post office to see if my package is there… see if i can retrieve it… etc etc.
