Older woman behind the counter told me I could not use the form I had filled out and needed to start over. She said that I could send it anyway but it would get denied. “That’s not how we’re trained”. She made me second guess myself because you’d think the people that work there would know what they’re talking about. The way she spoke was condescending and rude. They need to be re-trained because I ended up sending the form DS-82 anyway with my passport card to receive a passport book with no problems. So rude for absolutely no reason. The way they talk to customers is unprofessional no matter how you approach them.

- EMEve MOct 16, 20251.0The girl working at the counter, NORA, was unbelievably rude. I haven’t been to USPS in a while, so I wasn’t sure about the process and just asked a simple question. Instead of helping, she acted annoyed and talked to me like I was dumb. I even asked if they were open since there were no cars outside, and she snapped back with, “Would I be standing here if we weren’t open?” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a post office.
