    I went in to ship my passport form & asked if the envelope I used was okay & explained how I had never done it before although I had done my research about what to send. Older woman behind the counter told me I could not use the form I had filled out and needed to start over. She said that I could send it anyway but it would get denied. “That’s not how we’re trained”. She made me second guess myself because you’d think the people that work there would know what they’re talking about. The way she spoke was condescending and rude. They need to be re-trained because I ended up sending the form DS-82 anyway with my passport card to receive a passport book with no problems. So rude for absolutely no reason. The way they talk to customers is unprofessional no matter how you approach them.

    Brought in a package to drop off but I needed to borrow packing tape to put on the shipping label I also brought in already printed. They told me I had to purchase a roll of packing tape and would not let me borrow any to ship my package.

    Never have I been so rudely treated. Honestly, will be shipping through FedEx and UPS or literally anywhere else besides USPS especially after this experience.

    I have been waiting over a month for my mail. Change of address was submitted on 9/18/25 and it is now 10/2825!! What is wrong with the government did the post office shut down too??

    The girl working at the counter, NORA, was unbelievably rude. I haven’t been to USPS in a while, so I wasn’t sure about the process and just asked a simple question. Instead of helping, she acted annoyed and talked to me like I was dumb. I even asked if they were open since there were no cars outside, and she snapped back with, “Would I be standing here if we weren’t open?” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a post office.
