After filling out two USPS change of addresses for me and girlfriend someone at this post office disposed of the Official address change forms because no mail has been forwarded to either one of us.

When it was my turn, I was told, with no prior notice, that all passport application is canceled for the day because the person responsible called in. Now I have to wait for another two week for the next appointment
