    They didn't deliver my package and returned it to sender post-haste (no questions asked; not held at the post office for pickup; no pinkslip) because they didn't recognize the name on the package 🥴 YULFO, got it memorized? 🙃

    I am a business manager. Our mail is regularly not delivered. There is no pink slip for packages we've missed due to not opening until 2pm. Apparently if your business doesn't open by 8:10am you do not get packages or notice that they "attempted" delivery. I went in to retrieve the package and file a complaint against our postal worker. We have been in operation for almost 2 years now and our mail has ALWAYS been an issue. The office on Dickson didn't have a working pen to fill out the complaint. There are 2 or 3 people here that are outstanding! I assure you they are doing triple the work to make up for everyone else's lack of care and ability.

    I've now had a package quite literally driven by my house 2 times. I knew it wouldn't fit in the mailbox and my front door is only a few feet away. Customer service wants to lecture me about my anger rather than taking any semblance of accountability for their lack of ability to deliver packages.

    I love when you order nice furniture as a gift and it gets ruined as they knowingly chucked it on the back of my mailbox in full downpour. Which is why i state in my delivery instructions do not use USPS.
