And they don't care if you get your package or not. Matter of fact the mail box in front of our house. Is not our mailbox but last night we was told that its the neighbors across the street and they have even numbers and we odd numbers. Well we dont have. And what. Difference does that make anyway. How stuipd is the drivers.? This as happen before. And tired of This crap get a different way to deliver package and stop running at 8or 9 of night so the drivers can see the address and get people who can read and not stuipd

- TPTim PriceSep 18, 20251.0I was disappointed in my service at the UPS store in Fayetteville on Shiloh Dr. I followed the directions from Amazon on exactly what to do with my return. Had two items combined in package and returned exactly the way it was delivered to me from Amazon. The young man that worked there told me he could not ship that way. I read the directions to him several times that Amazon provided me on my Printed UPC scan with instructions as to how to ship with UPS. He kept telling me I was wrong and wanted me to buy an extra box or bag from him to ship. He also told me to leave and said he did not have time for tit for tat. Also shewed me toward the exit door with a rude hand feature. The ironic thing was I took it the other UPS in Fayetteville on College Ave and they were great. No issues there with return and offered me great service. The Shiloh Fayetteville store was terrible with poor customer service!!!
