- VCVince CappsNov 17, 20255.0I usually don’t even ship with UPS (I’m a university employee and usually use our campus mail), but the UPS Store on College has become my go-to place for anything that needs a perfect box, packaging and, alongside, and employees who love to interact with their customers. Last Wednesday (Nov 12, 2025) I walked in with a board game that no longer fits in standard retail boxes -- believe it or not, board game boxes are no longer standard (!) :/.. Rebecca immediately offered to custom-cut a box to the exact size I needed, added the right amount of padding, taped everything securely (tight), and made the whole process effortless. She has a fun personality and one that you wouldn't believe to be a serious boxer, lol. Two days later I was back with a heavy oscilloscope that also needed special boxing. Elijah greeted, Thoroughly measured, found the perfect box, and was kind enough to waive the packing fee for the small amount of material we used inside and out a carrying case. Rebecca jumped in again to tape it up rock-solid and carried the (very not light) package to the scale. Not to be sexist but, seriously, I’ve never experienced this level of helpfulness and genuine care at any shipping store.. Rebecca and Elijah both went so far out of their way to make sure everything was protected and that I had a great experience, even though they knew I wasn’t shipping from their store. THANK YOU!!

All staff were still super welcoming and nice — which isn’t always what you get in customer service in general, let alone during a busy rush.
