They mailed my closing documents late... they arrived friday p.m. before my monday closing...mind you i signed the paperwork for them to gather my information 4 weeks prior. I even called and asked if they would email me the numbers so i could look over it... they said no. Luckily I found a notary on a Saturday.... When I recieved my closing papers they were COMPLETELY WRONG. This is their one job and they couldn't do it. Luckily, the buyers really wanted the house because the contract was null invoid after their screw up (time expired). They dont have any kind of weekend hours, so I was stuck until Monday (closing) before I could talk to someone and tell them to redo my papers. The irony of it all is Mercury is half owned by Coldwell Realtors (who I went through) so I know it wasn't the first Coldwell contract they saw. The person that wrote up my contract had the nerve to blame my realtor for the contract mishape! No personal accountabilty. Give your money to someone else.
