- PJPatrick JosephDec 20, 20251.0Sent out 16 Christmas cards the last week of November. Not a single one made it to its destination. I’m left to believe that the carrier who picked them up from my mailbox just tossed them. A couple years ago I sent a $1,000 check to my son so he could use it to buy Christmas gifts for his kids. Later that same afternoon I was looking at my checking account online and noticed that the check had already been cashed. I got that money put back in my account because the idiot that cashed it, did so at the bank it was drawn off of. So the bank had to issue the refund since one of their own tellers cashed the check.
