- KSKristen StroutsJan 31, 20261.0Today I had a package say it arrived at 3:26. Although I put in the delivery instructions to put it on the porch, it was not there. I checked everywhere around the mailbox and all around my property and didn’t have a package. So I decided to go and look at my cameras (as this isn’t the first, second, or even the third time that this has happened) and see that the mailman did not come by my house until 3:41 and did not even stop by my house at all for that matter. I called customer support and she was super nice and helpful and started an investigation for it, however I got a call from the Elkins Post Office personally to say “it was left in the red delivery box.” I informed her that I do not have a delivery box and that my cameras show he didn’t come here and that it isn’t the first time. She then laughed and giggled as she asked the guy what he did wrong then tells me that he knows how he messed up and that he would go pick the package up and bring it to my house and that he “remembers doing it to me in the past before” Where has my mail been going and why are they not doing anything to stop this from happening? The mailman that comes over here shouldn’t have a job and honestly neither should the girl who thought the situation was funny.

Also, a week ago I was expecting a package and they didn't put it in my mail box; so my husband chased them down the street and they had it. The service is so bad. Extremely slow. Right now it's 6:30pm and my packages still haven't arrived.
