She says "Let me ask the guy that will know". She comes back shortly and says "Oh, he is on the phone, just a few minutes". A few minutes turned into 25. The "Guy that knew" was still on the phone talking and laughing and ha ha ha with whatever buddy he called. I could hear it all. It was not a business related call. Finally, i told the counter lady "I can't wait anymore, i have my family waiting in the car". She felt really bad, but it was NOT her fault.
