Impossible to get a human to answer the phone. I actually think it’s because I have an out of town area code, but I do live here. Two days calling every time of day and no one has ever picked up. A simple answer would have avoided a lot - now thanks to this lazy nonsense you shipped my stuff back instead of picking the phone up and letting me come get it before you put it back on the slow boat to china. So irritating. Phones should be picked up at businesses EVERY TIME THEY RING.

Kristy was spectacularly helpful in helping me ship a large package with various odd price options. She went far and beyond the call of duty and was plenty friendly in the long process. Great post office!
