  When I walked in I had a LONG line head of me. I just knew I'd be there forever but BOTH employees were smiling, increadibly kind to their customers and VERY prompt! Took no time at all!

  There was a large line but the customer service was amazing and got it moving just as quick as the line added more and more. They are always ready to assist and help!

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced at this store. As a Latino customer, I felt that I was not treated with the same level of attention and respect that should be given to any paying customer. During my visit, I was instructed to wait rather than being assisted in a timely and professional manner. Instead of addressing my request directly or communicating with the appropriate employee, I was repeatedly told to wait without any clear explanation. As a customer, I expect courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism regardless of background. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. The lack of communication and the way the situation was handled made this a very frustrating experience. Overall, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have encountered, and I hope improvements are made to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
