My mail carrier just decided to stop delivering my mail. I have had multiple dwellings on my property for many years now. The mail gets delivered to one mail box, and packages get delivered wherever. We sort it out ourselves. But, now they have decided that won't work. So, they just stop delivering it, and tell me that I have to buy/install multiple mailboxes. What makes that THEIR decision? Now I have to drive close to 20 miles to pick up my mail until I can get another mailbox installed. SERIOUSLY!

Multiple times my delivery person leaves a notice saying they tried to deliver something to me but I wasn’t home. Except I was absolutely home—no one knocked. Then, when I followed their directions on the back of that notice to have someone else pick up my package for me, that horribly rude desk clerk seemed to take delight in telling him he’d need my ID—even though that is not on their notice. I try hard to never have to go in and deal with those desk clerks. I hate this post office so much!

Had an awful experience on a Saturday afternoon where we were refused service for a passport appointment because we showed up 5 minutes late. There were two people for the appointment and despite repeatedly admitting she had enough time to handle one of our appointments we were both refused service completely out of spite. Come back for a rescheduled appointment on Monday and got serviced by Tracy. She was kind, professional, quick, courteous, and was more than understanding allowing us to leave and come back to submit some necessary name change documents that the employees from Saturday afternoon told us we didn't need. Tracy seems like she holds the place down and we really appreciated how easy it was to work with her specifically!

Keep having issues with my packages being delivered to the wrong address or not being received after it’s shown it’s delivered. The carrier lady came out and said she didn’t see a package addressed to me and I live right by my mailboxes in the apartment complex I didn’t see anyone come there all day so it basically validated my package was delivered to the wrong address AGAIN! It makes me nervous if I have something come through the post office I might not get it unless I pick it up and I work 8am-5pm so it’s a lose lose situation for me. At this point give me a job so I can help out 😂

Packages are handled very poorly with little respect for the items inside. Damaged/broken items have been delivered due to packages getting slammed onto the front porch. I’m sure that the postal office workers would love their packages to be Gronk Spiked at their front door. This is absolutely unacceptable and very much so uncalled for.
