I had a package and asked for the best and affordable prices, the associate showed me the range of price on the screen and I confirmed again before paying the price. I was walking out and saw flat rates box of almost the same price like 50 cents difference but it a priority mail service. When I asked why they didn’t provide this option, he says they don’t need to that and says to talk to the manager for any issues. They couldn’t do a refund either, leaving me no choice. I had visited USPS several times and they usually do great service, visited this branch first time, had a bad experience on first visit.

I have a problem with my right arm and told to not lift anything heavier than 5 pounds. Called the Post office and the postmaster solved the problem. Awesome post office.
