- SSSupa St3akJan 15, 20261.0I placed an order on the 8th of January. Was supposed to have my quite expensive product delivered on the 12th, which is when I was notified my package had arrived at the carrier facility. It was getting late in the day and hadn’t received my package, so I went up to the post office myself. The only thing I learned was how unorganized everything is. The ladies working the desk were very nice and tried to help, but they told me my package wasn’t even there. Today’s the 15th the new delivery date. It doesn’t look like I’m getting my package today either. Called USPS support which told me that my package was located at the post office, called the post office and the lady told me my package still wasn’t there and actually hadn’t updated since placing the order on the 8th. Called the manufacturer of the product I order and Amazon support which told me my package was at the local post office. This is unacceptable for such an expensive item to be LOST. Such mishandling shouldn’t go unnoticed.
