  The UPS Store as always, very efficient at what they do. The staff is always friendly and it makes Amazon returns quite simple. I really wish they would build one of these into town of Lonoke, Arkansas to serve the hazen, Carlisle, outer skirts and Cabot and other areas.

  THIS...AS OF MARCH 27, 2026 IS THE WORST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. IN 2024 AND 2O25 I HAD NO ISSUES BUT IN 2026 THE FRANCHISEE MUST HAVE CHANGED BECAUSE THE HOURS ARE RIDICULOUS..EVEN FOR STANDARD UPS PICKUPS AND DROP OFFS. TODAY FOR EXAMPLE AT 230 IN THE AFTERNOON THERE WAS A SIGN ON THEIR DOOR "OUT TO LUNCH" with no time of RETURN OR ANY INDICATION WHAT WAS UP. THE HOURS SIGN HAD NEW HOURS WHICH WERE DUMB FOR WORKING PEOPLE AND BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN GET THERE THAT LATE IN MORNING OR COME THERE THAT EARLY IN AFTERNOON OR MAKE IT BEFORE THEY CLOSE IF THEY DECIDE TO CLOSE AND STICK A SIGN ON THE DOOR! OLD CLOSING TIME AFTER WORK. IT IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY STORE AND WE THE PEOPLE WERE PLENTY TICKED OFF TODAY. IT MAKES BROWN LOOK REALLY BAD BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE DONT KNOW THAT THESE STORES ARE RUN BY FRANCHISE OWNERS/ WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FOLLOWING UPS TRAINED GUIDELINES AND I DONT KNOW FOR SURE BUT PROBABLY CONTRACTUALLY. SO THEREFORE IT MAKES THE ENTIRE UPS COMPANY LOOK 👎 BAD. EVEN THOUGH THOSE OF US THST HAVE BEEN AROUND LONG ENOUGH KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT THE STANDARD OPERATION FOR THE UPS STORE WE WE USED TO BE PROUD OF IN OUR TOWN. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GO TO THE UPS STORE ON TAYLOR STREET IN LITTLE ROCK AND LEARN HOW ITS DONE RIGHT. NOT JUST ONE TIME..BUT EVERYTIME. OR THE UPS STORE ON MARKHAM IN LITTLE ROCK. EITHER ONE WHO ARE TWICE OR FOUR TIMES BUSIER IN ONE DAY THAN THIS STORE HAS BEEN IN POSSIBLY A WEEKS TIME. ITS CRAZY. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE AND IT'S THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD A WORSE THAN TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A UPS STORE.

  UPS as a whole is awful. The store and delivery are seperate but the experience is the same. Awful.

  This UPS has been consistently reliable for drop-offs. Every time I’ve needed to stop in (with the exception of the recent snowstorm), they’ve been open, efficient, and easy to deal with. The process is quick, and I’m usually back to my day without any issues. Simple, dependable service that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. They even take Happy Returns which is one of the best options.
