It was to a business on Main Street, but refused to deliver it even if it had a valid address and had to be signed for still refuse because it didn’t have a PO Boxneeds to be completely dissolved too much government oversight and regulations needs to be like UPS and FedEx that will actually deliver to a physical address.

Whenever possible, I avoid them and head to a shipping office, Fed Express, or UPS! I would give it a negative score if possible!
