- LLLinda6 days ago1.0I had my flag up today for the mailman to pick up a package to go in the mail for me . She drove right by my mailbox without stopping. I needed to get it out asap 😩 really this is the kind of service we pay for!

I received tracking information that said that check (mail) was at the post office and when arriving to pick up my mail, they refused to give me my mail and I was scorned like a child and told that I'd have to wait on it to be delivered!? I tried to have a civil conversation with the postmaster Crystal and was told that my fiance upset her and I would just have to wait on my mail My father just passed away due to a service related illness. I honestly can't believe the blatant disregard over this issue. I was told by an employee that it wouldn't be a problem. Apparently, it was. I'm shocked over such detached and unprofessional behavior. You should do BETTER Crystal.

Then I find out it was delivered to the wrong house, that or it never shows up or shows up a week late. They need to get their stuff together, cause it’s pretty unacceptable.
