I received tracking information that said that check (mail) was at the post office and when arriving to pick up my mail, they refused to give me my mail and I was scorned like a child and told that I'd have to wait on it to be delivered!? I tried to have a civil conversation with the postmaster Crystal and was told that my fiance upset her and I would just have to wait on my mail My father just passed away due to a service related illness. I honestly can't believe the blatant disregard over this issue. I was told by an employee that it wouldn't be a problem. Apparently, it was. I'm shocked over such detached and unprofessional behavior. You should do BETTER Crystal.

Whenever possible, I avoid them and head to a shipping office, Fed Express, or UPS! I would give it a negative score if possible!
