- ERElizabeth ReynoldsAug 9, 20251.0I find it crazy that I get my mail delivered, but not my package delivered today because of the “insufficient address” it says, but it was the correct address on the package it was the same address that was on my other mail the same name that was on my mail I got today.Honestly, it’s ridiculous this should not of happened.
- JWJerriebeth WalkerMay 30, 20233.0The clerk that helped me was very kind and professional. Great personable attitude. Now, my mail delivery, on the other hand, is a completely different situation. He is very lazy and we don't always get our mail when we are supposed to. I will be outside waiting, and he will just drive by. I guess he doesn't feel like stopping, and he NEVER put my packages by my front door, always in front of my garage, even when it's raining, ugh! He puts that it was delivered to my front door every time.
- BSBruce SmithJul 10, 20221.0Not surprised by the low rating this post office has. The local mail carrier was damaging my property after a neighbor installed a mailbox too far in their yard. The angle had them putting ruts in my yard so after a year of this I put some decorations in the ruts so it could not be driven through. Now they won’t deliver mail, they left a rude note demanding that I hire someone to fill the ruts they made with gravel. They are very unprofessional, childish, and petty. I would rather handle everything digitally and UPS, FEDEX than constantly have ruts in my yard.

Customer service is NOT her strong suit, but should be with this position. I never leave bad reviews on any business, nor do I complain, but I felt I needed to with this.
- JMJamie MerrillJan 5, 20211.0I would rather go to Jonesboro location. Postal worker complained because I did not tape a shipping label on the box. She proceeded to say, “Do you normally come in here and not have the labeled taped? We don’t typically tape anything. I said I was never advised at any Postal Service in any state that I’ve lived in that I needed to tape anything. She then proceeded to say, “I’m sure they don’t say anything to customers because we don’t want to hear you complain.” I think the older woman should have been a little more professional and especially not be rude. If I knew, I would’ve taped my box without hearing her complain.
