If you have to force the package into a mailbox and crush the mail that is placed inside with it, it probably shouldn’t be in the mailbox. I spent an ungodly amount of time prying the box from my mailbox.

Over the past 13 years of having a post office I have never had such a bad experience because of the Post Master Jay. He is lazy and doesn't like his job very much. Sometimes I do not have my post office key, will be on the other key ring or misplaced for the time being. I have never been told that isn't allowed for the workers to get the mail out of the box, again I have been doing this for 13 years, but he says that they aren't going to do that any more and I either need the key or order a new one. Well the thing is that "rule" isn't posted anywhere so how am I supposed to know what is allowed and what's not? Just because he is lazy and doesn't like his job very much I don't deserve to be treated with that level of disrespect, I am a person going along with what I was told was allowed.
