I'm so mad with berryville post office. No packages being delivered... they say they're delivered. Some people may steal out of the mailbox. I don't think that's happens all the time. I think that the post office has a lot to do with it. They don't do nothing to help. James who I spoke to is rude l. He doesn't seem to comprehend anything that I say which was pretty explanatory. All he just kept saying was I'm so confused I'm so confused. Oh and he also told me to stop talking very rudely who says that that's a professional. Jordan was nice and kind even though I didn't get my money back he still spoke to me with respect and tried to help me the best way even though he said my packages were going to be held they were not being held they were still being delivered. I'm highly upset with the post office and the way they treat people. For the new year you guys really need to do better.

The post office workers themselves are great but my mail carrier that delivers my mail needs to pay attention to the name and address on the package, have too many Miss delivered packages and takes 2-3 days to get them if I do at all. He needs to read the whole name and address not just the house #.
