I can’t believe they don’t even do the bare minimum. You leave instructions or ask them to call, and they just ignore it. If you order something or your package gets shipped with them, you’ve lost your money and your time — that’s the worst part. They take your package, lose it, and never solve anything. The office staff are polite, but nothing gets resolved. If you can avoid USPS, do it — they’re not reliable and don’t do their job.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I feel like these packages are either being taken by the couriers because it’s just one package after another. I had a package that said it was delivered and it was not said I have a ring doorbell that records everything you never came to my house oh, I delivered it to another house down the street. OK well then go get it And then he said I got it and put it at your door under your sofa. I said I don’t have a sofa. I put it at your house. I said well my ring doorbell shows otherwise said I delivered it to the Across Street. I said again, my ring doorbell can record that house because it’s in the line and I showed him all the recordings and there wasn’t one of him delivering a package he said will let me go walk the neighborhood I’ll find it The scan on the barcode showed that it was delivered to a neighbors house in the neighborhood. He said he went to that house and asked for the package back and they said they never got it is so frustrating. He told me that I should not use the United States Postal Service that was his final comment to me, I recently went to the post office and sent a package And the barcode was never scanned. I went in and they said they don’t know where it is but all the other three that I sent that Day day started tracking I am not sure what is going on, but he stood there and lied to me two times about my package being delivered. He should’ve been fired. His attitude was outrageous. He knew exactly where he taken to the package because he was the one that scanned it and it showed him which house very frustrating and terrible service and if I could receive packages from companies that don’t use the United States post office I would be happy but I don’t know what it is about this post office but it’s the worst one I have ever been to. I have lived in 12 different states so maybe they need to look into the people they hire because the packages are getting stolen, all the carriers just don’t care drop them off anyway the United States Postal Service should do better
