After that experience I began using other UPS Store locations and only visited the J Street store when absolutely necessary. When I returned again, I immediately noticed a positive change. The atmosphere was completely different-the employees were working together with positive attitudes and providing excellent customer service and you can tell they were happy to do so.When I reached the counter, I had the pleasure of meeting Belen, who I learned is now in charge. She is doing an outstanding job managing the store and her team. You can honestly feel the improvement in how smoothly everything runs and how welcoming the environment has become. I'm very happy to be a customer here again. Keep up the great work, Belen!
