I am so thankful FedEx worked ahead of that schedule because I was able to pick it up tonight. Thank you so much to the young woman there who made that happen. You are the best!

I had to buy a box to put the 2 items in which is ok and I provided the shipping label for the box. However the next day FedEx delivered the 2 boxes that were supposed to be sent back to my home rather then where they were supposed to go. They were also sent back just like I took them in 2 separate boxes so they didn't even package them and follow through for them to ship. I went in the next business day and the store manager was rude and appeared annoyed I was even there. I wanted to know why the package was not sent back. No explanation provided and she didn't even try to find out why it wasn't shipped and no apology the facility messed up the shipment. Only thing she was helpful with is she did reimburse me for the box since they never used it. All she would say is call customer service. If you want to be sure something is sent out I would advise to use a different location.
