- LBLauren BrigginsJan 31, 20261.0This USPS has a wildly inflated on-time delivery score on the USPS service performance dashboard because they regularly lie about on-time deliveries. When you see a delivery marked as complete before it is actually delivered to your address, you should immediately report it to the OIG (Office of Inspector General) as fraud and/or misconduct. It doesn’t matter if they lie by hours or days; fraud is fraud. This post office will continue to lie unabashedly until enough people complain to force them to provide accurate and reliable service. If you’re truly fed up or more considerably affected than most, consider contacting your Congressman.
