  This USPS has a wildly inflated on-time delivery score on the USPS service performance dashboard because they regularly lie about on-time deliveries. When you see a delivery marked as complete before it is actually delivered to your address, you should immediately report it to the OIG (Office of Inspector General) as fraud and/or misconduct. It doesn’t matter if they lie by hours or days; fraud is fraud. This post office will continue to lie unabashedly until enough people complain to force them to provide accurate and reliable service. If you’re truly fed up or more considerably affected than most, consider contacting your Congressman.

  Ik we just had bad weather but for the pas3 days Congo rd is drivable but yet post man ain't delivering mail and still marking it as delivered. On Tuesday they marked as delivered and I was outside. I've called them and they say they been running

  Mail carrier stated a package was undeliverable due to not being able to get in the driveway or to the front door. First off the driveway is not blocked it is long enough for the mail jeep to pull into. Also the front door was not blocked. The problem is that the person delivering the mail couldn’t fit the tube into the mail box and was too lazy to pull into the driveway and walk 30 feet or so past a vehicle to leave it at a door so they just simply said it was undeliverable. . The other package we received shows it was left at or near the front door or porch , but it was actually left in the mail box. So if the carrier says it was left at the front door or porch how did they get it there and not the other package? LAZY people. No wonder the postal service is losing billions each year. Nobody wants to use them.

  Yeah I had five medicine bottles for my heart blood pressure it's medicine that keeps me alive said it was delivered went up there wasn't in my mailbox called the pharmacy had to wait a week lucky I had extra pills then they sent me some more pills I went up there and waited on them to make sure I got these pills and black woman was very rude made me wait 25 minutes before she went to her mail truck to get me my pills I asked all my neighbors I know my neighbors to check their mailboxes they never received it then 5 Weeks later my next door neighbor gave me my pills and said they just showed up so I don't know what's going on but yeah that's the suckiest mail service in Benton that there is always have problems with my mail and yes I do think they still they need to be investigated
