These post office workers are dealing with a LOT of cranky customers, who seem to think that standing in line is unacceptable. Candidly, I don't think I've EVER come across a friendlier staff. Paul is absolutely fantastic, and takes the time to explain anything and everything you ask about. Customer service isn't about wait time, or even about whether or not the people behind the desk are chipper and put up with nonsense from the people in line. This is a government office, and a SERVICE to the American people. They're not here to offer therapy for your feelings about waiting in line.
Do they know their jobs? YES.
Do they work through whatever customer issues are being brought to them? YES.
Do they deliver (no pun intended) on the promised services? YES.
Do they go above and beyond? YES! Example: Paul... AFTER HOURS... took the time to explain something I didn't understand, while in the PO Box room. Instead of saying, "Ask tomorrow," he took the time to explain it, right then, and there. GREAT service.
Thank you, US Post Office workers of Bella Vista.
Thank you for your patience with one of the most aging populations I've ever seen. Ya'll deserve a pat on the back, for sure!

PAUL IS AMAZING!
I just left this post office on a busy afternoon. a few hours before a historic winter storm is about to hit! With each customer, Paul was smiling, friendly, efficient, clear, and had just enough conversation to make you feel like you mattered, without holding up the line.
We all know the experience in a typical post office, or any other government office, the ho-hum, the drudgery. Paul makes me want to find things to mail just to be in his presence.
He is truly the change that we wish to see in the world.
Keep up the great work, Paul. Know that you are seen and you are appreciated and may YOU have a blessed day! 🙏

I use this Post Office once every couple of months & have always had great service. The people at the desk are always so patient with me & help me exactly what I need, quickly & and efficiently in spite of my complicated requests. Ironically, I’m pretty sure I was present in the building when one of these 1 star reviews occurred & the patron was so incredibly rude that it made me really uncomfortable just standing there. The employee at the counter handled the situation with far more decorum & restraint than I would have in the same situation. Moral of the story: there’s usually 3 sides to most stories…

By far the worst post office I’ve ever used. I’ve lived in 3 states and 5 cities in the last 5yrs so that’s saying something. I’d rather have no post office than an incompetent one.
