When she asked the value, I replied, "You can't put a value: it's an Easter wreath I've made for my grandchildren. She stayed on it for days, called me this morning, and said it is being delivered today! 15 days later! Thank you again! We need more people like you working at the Post Office! HAPPY EASTER!

Today makes the 3rd time since I’ve been living in Bauxite, that I’ve asked a question to get clarification and she’s been short, rude and cut me off! Going forward I’ll just drive to Bryant!! The question I was trying to ask her was not related to package weight at all but she didn’t get that because she cut me off as i was talking! Customer service classes please!
