- RCRusty CasJan 31, 20265.0I love the folks who work the front counter. Always pleasant, very efficient. Holds on our mail work as they should. can’t speak to the carriers everyone else complains about, but our carrier at Southside is just the best - always brings our packages to the back porch, no problem with pickups. The “substitute” carriers are not great though. Perhaps if folks would endeavor to have a “relationship” with their carrier and the counter workers, they’d have a better experience. Generally you get back what you put out.
