- KOKieran O'KeefeAug 7, 20251.0I’ve lived in a few different places and never even thought about the post office because those offices always did a good job. But I’ve had nothing but a long string of problems with the Batesville location. Mail sent to me regularly doesn’t arrive, a delivery person broke my storm door, I’ve found packages left on the front lawn and in the bushes in the rain, mail is regularly left on my front steps rather than put through the mail slot, they continued to deliver mail when I put a hold on it, and I constantly get other people’s mail, among many other problems. It is, by far, the worst office I’ve ever dealt with.
- JTJames TeagueJul 31, 20251.0Extremely rude. We have several boxes a week sent out to customers. We have witnessed workers throwing our fragile boxes. Several customers have had broken items. I would advise a private company for fragile items.

She puts the key to the package box in the box with the package and I have to call the post office,(which he is never available to speak to) and I get women that say they can’t help me and he will be back shortly and he never calls back. The level of incompetence at this office is flabbergasting. Someone should investigate and make sure they even have the intelligence to run an important office like this. This is not dumb and dumber. It’s a government office and people need their mail. I always said Batesville is like “the hills have eyes” movie. lol they are just uneducated and incompetent! 😂🤣
