  Need to talk to a real person? Good luck. Their phone number only goes to a prerecorded message. We need phones back in stores that only ring and are answered by the people working there that day.

  While I was on vacation I did a lot, and I mean ALOT of shopping. It wasn't until 2 days before my flight home that I realized that firstly I wasn't done shopping and secondly it was going to cost way to much to fly all of my newly acquired treasures home with me, so I went to this UPS store. A very kind, patient and courteous lady named Trina helped me pack up and send my bounty on its trip home and even scheduled everything so my packages would arrive the day after I did. The entire staff were wonderfu, but Trina truly went above and beyond to help me. If you're ever in the Batesville area and need some packages taken care of I highly recommend going to this location.
