Professional and friendly, great customer service at our local post office here in Bald Knob. Even if extremely busy the ladies are still welcoming to each and every customer no matter how long the line at Christmas time! Thank you ladies!

I get packages pretty regularly, but about 40% of the time they just refuse to deliver them saying that it's the incorrect address . They all come from Amazon. Same address every time . Today she literally pulled into my driveway and turned around, I was on the porch watching her, then sent the notice that she couldn't deliver it !! Seriously!
- SPShawn PageMay 3, 20195.0Very friendly lady at the front counter. Always gives me the best service I could ever hope for. The man in the back, (maybe the Postmaster) is also very kind. I have seen him go out of his way to assist people even so far as helping them to their vehicle with a heavy package. I wish the big city Post Offices could learn from places like this.
