I’m not one to get upset, I’m a 19 year old college student who doesn’t need to be. But! When I receive a package, half of the time I have to go pick it up because they choose to not walk up the stairs and see if we’re home. This has happened three times and I am tired of it! We have video proof on our doorbell of the carrier walking to the mail boxes, and walking right back to his truck! We were home and easily could’ve gotten the box! I am a online college student for the summer and I haven’t heard them know once when I receive a package! It’s upsetting, and I don’t have time to go pick up what I choose to get DELIVERED. If I wanted to go pick it up, I would! I needed a text book for today, and I knew it was supposed to come in today. I went to check on the porch and nothing, check the mail box saying I have to go pick it up! I needed the text book for a class tomorrow that starts before the post office opens! Ridiculous!! They’re always rude to me when I’m at the store too!
