If our mail carrier continues we will charge him with not doing his duty and federal charges as well. He already rejected a certified letter i refused to sign because it wasn't in my name or addressed to me. Refused to take it back. Make sure he comes to my house as instructed to give me my package tomorrow. Don't ever let this happen again!!!
