I checked my cameras and there were no packages delivered at all to my home on this! No my son has lost his 150.00 gift because of your neglect!!

I finally rang the doorbell to see how much longer it would be until I got help because I had an appointment to make and no one came. Talked to a lady who seemed to be in charge, she said they were changing people in the back. Finally get help from someone who seems less than happy to have a job, she tells me I am in the wrong place and I need to go back to the original window that had sent me there. Then proceeds to waltz to the back to give me a paper (no intent to hurry at all). I ended up having to leave without taking care of it and was late 5 min to our appointment.
