- JMJohn MooreNov 2, 20235.0Woodstock Al post office is the best!! I am always treated like a preferred customer when I come in. The people in the office are extremely professional and friendly. And my mail lady has gone above and beyond her responsibility to ensure that my packages are delivered. I had a problem recently with my packages going missing and after delivering one my mail carrier, as she was pulling away noticed the dog from across the street come and get it out of the box, she came back and chased it down to retrieve my items. She could have just drove away, but she didn't. Best mail carrier ever!!

My mail carrier is typically more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable than the office personnel or the postmaster. Ashley and Derrick are rude, disrespectful and find it appropriate customer service responses to walk away during your attempt to get help, or hang up and take the phone off the hook. They both seem to have limited knowledge of protocols, general information, etc. Please please please provide these individuals with additional training!

The lady that answered the phone (prior to me getting there) when I inquired about their exact location was nice too. She even came from the back smiling and said, "You were the one that called, right?" Both thumbs up for this location.
